How stress I am?

Ops ,my stress level has increased to 16 which is quite high...

Anxiety =12

Luckily ,my depression is low...

And,my happiness is 123/200

Conclusion
I need to find some ways to release my stress .

Sometimes,stress can have both positive and negative impact also.If you manage it well,it can becomes your own motivator.

But my stress has indeed big big negative impact.

It  causes me to have some difficulty in breathing and also no appetite to eat at all(I have lost 8kg )

The main causes of my stress level is perhaps due to the hectic lifestyle.Since, I start involving in investment my lifestyle has  totally changed.

I sit in front of the computer such a long period .

~~It controls me already LOL~~
